Instructor Training
At Driversity Training, we specialise in supporting Potential Driving Instructors (PDIs) and Approved Driving Instructors (ADIs) on their journey to success. We provide comprehensive training for Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3, ensuring you have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to qualify as a driving instructor.
For qualified ADIs, we offer CPD (Continuing Professional Development), Part 2 & Part 3 rescues, and Standards Check preparation to help you develop your coaching skills and maintain the highest professional standards.
With expert guidance and tailored support, Driversity Training is here to help you excel at every stage of your instructor career.

Suzanne O'Brien
Approved Driving Instructor, driving coach and NDORS licenced trainer.
Say hello to Suzanne, one of our incredible instructors at Driversity! With a wealth of experience and dedication to driver education, Suzanne has been an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) since 2019 and an Instructor Trainer since 2020. Her expertise doesn’t stop there—she’s also an NDORS-licensed Trainer, Aging Driver specialist, and a Therapy Seat supportive listener, ensuring a well-rounded approach to driver training.
Suzanne is passionate about continuous learning, holding a Level 3 in Education & Training and a Level 2 in Team Leading, along with extensive CPD in Modern Slavery awareness, ESOL support, GDPR, and Diversity & Inclusion.

Meet Mike, with 20 years of experience as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and an Instructor Trainer since 2017, Mike is a true professional in driver education. As an ORDIT-registered trainer, he’s passionate about developing both learners and future instructors.
Mike holds multiple NDORS licenses, delivering essential driving courses since 2022. His Level 3 in Education & Training and qualification in Understanding Autism ensure an inclusive and supportive approach to learning.
Committed to continuous development, Mike has undertaken CPD in Modern Slavery awareness, ESOL support, GDPR, Diversity & Inclusion, and supporting those with hearing loss.
Mike’s experience, knowledge, and dedication, make him a fantastic part of the Driversity team!
Phil Munro
